A Short Prayer for Strength

Part of my morning routine that I haven’t yet written much about involves prayers and expressing intentions.

One of the prayers is a short saying that I believe I picked up from some Buddhist writing long ago, although I can’t find a reference to it on the Internet, so I might have accidentally changed it from the prayer that I originally heard. When I recite the prayer in my head with my eyes closed, I address the Universe visualize light energy moving around me. The prayer has these words:

Fill me
Heal me
Surround me
Protect me

Right from the first time that I started saying this prayer to myself, I felt warm tingles from the light energy, so I decided to make it a daily practice and have a habit of saying it to myself at least every day since.

I am of no religious belief, and I was searching for a prayer to say while I am going through some hard times, I came across this post. I searched everything from general prayer to prayers of strength and courage, and finally came across this. While reading each prayer I found online, I felt I was coming to a close and giving up on finding something I could relate and commit to as someone who was not brought up in any form of religion. I finally found this, and not only did I feel chills through every part of my body saying it aloud, I could relate. I get the feeling just thinking the prayer in my head. Thank you.
