    An interesting quote. Applying action to situation can resolve that fragment of emotion. But I find a better guiding principle is to not act out of fear. Action arising from fear is almost always unhelpful. Just my thoughts. Thanks for the space to comment. Always enjoy reading your blog.

    Thanks for sharing your experiences. As you point out acting from the absence of fear is usually easier because you can think more clearly, but this raises the question that if fear exists and can't be removed, what are your mechanisms to remove?
