A lot of people ask me about what I eat on a typical day, so I decided to explain the philosophy behind the food choices that I make and some of the books that inspired me and my ideas about food. I call it an eating philosophy because I like to eat-a lot, but I don’t like to have to measure my foods or caloric intake – that’s too complicated. My approach keeps things simple – I can eat a ton and feel comfortable that I am keeping to my goals of staying lean and strong. If you are also interested in these same goals much of this will apply to you whether or not you are vegan, like me. Everyone is different, so what works for me, may not work for everyone else, but hopefully you can get some ideas from this that you can incorporate into your own eating regime. Happy eating!
