Back in December, my wife Chay decided she wanted to make every single recipe in her two favorite vegan cook books, Tal Ronin’s “The Conscious Cook” and Colleen Patrick Goudreau’s “The Vegan Table” and created a blog to share her experiences.
At PinkVegan Chay writes about every recipe she makes, how it was prepared and how it tasted. In total there are about 250 recipes which she started January 1. She is now about halfway through them all.
Others who want to take a crack at these recipes or learn more about vegan cooking will learn a lot on the site.
The best part about it all for me is the amaaaazing cooking. Chay was already a good cook, but now I get different restaurant class meals every night. I am blessed.
