For my birthday this year, my wife gave me a wonderful meditation bench which has improved my posture and comfort during meditations. It is slightly angled forward and slides under my seat and over my feet in a kneeling position.
Whereas I used to sit in a cross legged pose and get a sore back, the bench allows me to easily sit with a straight back and there is no strain or discomfort to distract me.
I had also tried sitting in a chair to meditate in the past, but it didn’t allow proper flow between my energy centers. This bench is both comfortable for long sessions and contributes to a quiet meditation. I am grateful to have received this gift.
