P90X Plus – First Four Weeks

Yesterday was my first day of P90X Plus week five. I am enjoying the different exercises and the variety. The fact the workouts are a little shorter (40-45 mins vs. 55-60) is a big convenience as it allows me to get in my workout and get back to the office a little more quickly on weekdays. If I was going to change anything with the program, I would add in the plyometric workout session from P90X Classic and I would prefer to see a bit better balance between upper body building exercises vs. lower body. On certain days, I will throw in some intense leg exercises to balance things out, still I continue to enjoy the program big time.
